So much more to do... major deadline is next week Monday. I still have 2 covers to do and 1/2 a chapter to complete.

So, it's official.
I'm headed to Canada in May.
Plane tickets have been purchased, still working on the rest of the accommodations. I'm still on the wait list for a table, but I'm just taking the chance. If I don't get a sell space, I hope to meet up with as many Canadians and comic artists I can in those 2 days -- since I'm guessing no one will have much time during SDCC. ^^;

In other news, I'm decided to make the journey to the Toronto Comic Arts Festival happening this May 8-9. I'll probably be making the journey solo.. and I probably won't have a table -- although I *might* be able to bum some space off friends to sell some of my books. *crossing fingers* It'll be a crazy long trip for a 3 day stay, but I have somewhat high hopes. T_T;
Anyone else planning on going? I really don't know what to expect in terms of well.. everything. I'm guessing I will need my passport... do I need to exchange money?? Is this area safe at night??

Ugh. I've been doing so much work to finish Volume 4 ASAP but feel like I'm getting nowhere. You wouldn't think that spot illos would take that much time, but gads - I've been at them for about 2 days now and the end is nowhere in sight.
Yet. I'm also panicking because other projects are due by week's end. Design projects give me so much stress. T_T;;

I can't handle late-nighters anymore either which makes matters worse. Long story short, if I stay up past midnight and am not lying down, the chances of me getting physically ill increase 1000000x. URGH.Current Mood:  working |

Thanks for all the well-wishes post-tsunami -- We're pretty relieved that all is well here. It's interesting how Saturday was a perfect, sunny day and the weather suddenly changed to rain and wind all Sunday.
Watched the last 5 minutes of the US-Canada hockey game. It was quite an ending to what I hear was a very exciting game. Great play on both sides~
